About BaitMoney

buy bait cheap · sell it before it dies

What it is

BaitMoney is a free little game you play in your browser. You get $200, a truck and 30 days to run live bait between the docks, creeks and bait shops of the Gulf coast. End with as much cash as you can.

There’s no lesson and no quiz. But after a few runs you’ll notice you’ve picked up how prices actually work:

• Flood one shop with shrimp and the price drops. That’s supply and demand.
• Every drive costs a day, and bait doesn’t wait. That’s opportunity cost.
• Buy where it’s cheap, sell where it’s scarce. That’s arbitrage.

Who made it

BaitMoney is a one-person side project by “Skip Mullet”, who’d rather be on the water but keeps building games about it instead. No accounts, no sign-ups. Your run is saved right in your own browser.

How it pays for itself

The game is free. To cover hosting, a few screens point to real gear on Amazon, and Gator Earl’s picks lists all of it. As an Amazon Associate BaitMoney earns from qualifying purchases.

If you liked playing, you can also chip in for Skip’s gas on Buy Me a Coffee.
